Bushfire Road Collective offers in store or online credit ONLY for change of mind purchases. It is the buyers responsibility to return the unused item within 14 days with proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

Online purchases are to be returned to:

Exceptions to our change of mind policy

Please choose carefully as sale items cannot be returned if you change your mind. 

 For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for the following items if you change your mind:

  • Hair Accessories and Headwear including hats.
  • Pierced Jeweller.

 

If your item is faulty

These items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.  This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
